Refund policy

Subscriptions
Cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months by default. If you cancel within 7 days of a first subscription payment and have spent fewer than 20 credits, email us and we will refund it in full.
Credit packs
Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on generations are not refundable, because the generation cost has been incurred.
Failed generations
A generation that fails, or that fails our automatic quality checks, does not spend your credits. If credits were deducted for a run that never delivered an image, they are returned automatically; if that has not happened, tell us and we will fix it.
Results you do not like
A result you dislike is not the same as a failed generation, and every plan includes a monthly allowance of free retries for exactly that reason. We do not refund credits spent on generations that delivered an image.
How to ask
Email support@rorlai.app from your account address. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
