Who we are
RorlAI provides AI-generated product photography as a hosted service. These terms govern your use of it. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your team members generate. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.
What you may upload
You must own or be licensed to use every image you upload. You must not upload photos of a person without that person’s permission, and you must not upload photos of a minor. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach this.
Ownership of output
You own the images you generate and may use them commercially, including on the free plan once you have signed up. We claim no ownership over your output and will not resell it. Anonymous previews generated before signup are watermarked and size-capped and are not licensed for commercial use.
Credits and payment
Generations spend credits. Plan credits are granted at the start of each billing period and expire at the end of it. Purchased top-up packs do not expire while your subscription is active. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect.
Service availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it on self-serve plans. Generation depends on third-party model providers; if one is unavailable we will route around it where we can. Written uptime commitments are available on business agreements.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create sexual content involving anyone who appears to be a minor, to impersonate a real person without permission, to generate content that is illegal where you operate, or to attempt to extract our models or circumvent our safety systems.
Termination
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. On termination you keep access to download your library for 30 days.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or removed listings.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
